Shop comments:
The owner limped in with massive rod knock one afternoon. Long story short... The entire thing was junk. He opted to mod rather than replace as stock. So we took the majority of the budget and built bullet proof internals. The block has a high potential. Its over built for the 20G and other stock type goods envolved. Reasonably speaking its can make 450 whp with "bolt on parts" Big Turbo, intake/FMIC kit, cams, and the management to make it all happen. So, for now the owner has a solid foundation to work with. It makes a great "always ready" power curve and is confidence prevoking in daily driving situations and the daily slice to work. Oh yeah, runs on pump gas guys!!!
